Sexual integrity expert to speak at luncheon and symposium

FARGO – What is “true beauty”? Nationally recognized relationship and human sexuality speaker Carrie Abbott will present “True Beauty: The Power of Being a Woman” at noon on Nov. 5 at Bethel Church, 2702 S. 30th Ave.

Abbott is president and founder of The Legacy Institute. The institute’s mission is “to deliver educational resources that empower people to be whole in a sexually broken culture,” according to its website. Abbott has 23 years of teaching experience, and speaks about the road to sexual integrity.

In addition to the luncheon on Nov. 5, Abbott will speak Nov. 4 at Salem Evangelical Free Church, 1111 S. 30th Ave. in Moorhead, and Nov. 5 at St. Joseph’s, 218 S. 10th St.

At St. Joseph’s, Abbott will speak about what it means to be pro-life as part of FirstChoice Clinic’s 2nd Annual Putting Life First Symposium at 7 p.m. The event is free.

Tickets to the Nov. 5 luncheon at Bethel cost $10.

Purchase tickets at Bethel Church from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.
