South Dakota product gives verbal to NDSUFARGO – North Dakota State football went into the backyards of South Dakota State and the University of South Dakota for another verbal commitment. Austin Kuhnert, a 6-foot-5, 285-pound offensive lineman from Sioux Falls Washington High School, said he’s going to attend NDSU.
He also had scholarship offers from USD, SDSU and the University of North Dakota.
“He has unbelievable feet,” said Washington head coach Brian Hermanson. “He’s the youngest kid in the senior class at Washington, so he hasn’t matured yet. He’s a great leader and should have a tremendous college career ahead of him.”
Kuhnert is the sixth prospect to verbal for the 2013 recruiting class.
