Fargo man pleads guilty to drug traffickingFARGO – A Fargo man faces life in prison after pleading guilty in federal court Thursday to drug trafficking and aiding in a robbery, according to a U.S. Department of Justice news release.
In U.S. District Court, Fred Miles Thompson, 55, admitted to distributing more than 50 grams of a mixture containing methamphetamine here in 2011, the release said.
He also admitted to requesting that three other men use a firearm in the robbery of a Stop-N-Go in south Fargo on Oct. 26 last year, the release said.
Those three men all pleaded guilty in Cass County District Court and were sentenced to jail time and probation.
