Kazmierczak’s paper earns scholarship honor

MOORHEAD – Wayne Kazmierczak, assistant superintendent for the Moorhead School District, has been named the 2012 Richard Green Scholar by the Minnesota Association of School Administrators.

Kazmierczak will present “Deep Visibility: Meaningful Absence and Presence in the Superintendency,” a paper about the importance of superintendents being visible in leading districts, during the MASA fall conference.

He has been an assistant superintendent since 2008.

Kazmierczak is finishing his doctorate in educational administration from the University of Minnesota. He obtained bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks.
