ND ghost towns site launches campaign to produce bookFARGO – Ghosts of North Dakota, a website that documents the remains of North Dakota’s pioneer towns through photography, has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds to produce a coffee table book.
The book will feature photos, history and stories about North Dakota’s ghost towns, near-ghost towns and abandoned places.
Ghosts of North Dakota is a partnership of two native North Dakotans, Troy Larson and Terry “Rat” Hinnenkamp.
The deadline to raise funds through Kickstarter.com is 6:29 p.m. Oct. 10. If the project succeeds in reaching its funding goal, all backers’ credit cards will be charged. If it falls short, no one will be charged.
