Teen arrested for armed robbery at Rayon's Market in FargoFARGO – A 17-year-old Fargo boy has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery last Tuesday night at Rayon’s Market in south Fargo, Lt. Joel Vettel said.
Police said two suspects entered the store at 721 S. University Drive with their faces covered and displayed knives. The store clerk complied with their demands for money, and the robbers left on foot with an undisclosed amount, police said. No one was injured.
The 17-year-old was arrested on suspicion of armed robbery, a Class B felony punishably by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. He was taken to Cass County Juvenile Detention.
Vettel said he anticipates another arrest in the case.
