Minn. student dies after her van rear-ends busBYRON, Minn. — Byron Public Schools are offering grief counselors to students and staff after a 17-year-old student died when her minivan rear-ended a school bus.

Firefighters pulled the van from under the bus and extricated Logan from the vehicle. A Mayo Clinic helicopter flew her to Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester, where she died.
Logan — nicknamed “Deej” — was a student at Byron Public Schools in southeastern Minnesota.
