Man to plead guilty to selling meth near New Town school

MINOT, N.D. – A North Dakota man says he will plead guilty to dealing drugs near a school.

Kyle Miller is charged in federal court with two counts of distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of school. He faces a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison on each count.

Authorities say Miller distributed methamphetamine to a confidential informant on two occasions in December 2011. The transactions took place near the New Town elementary school.

A sentencing date has not been set.
