The Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation has awarded a $1,400 grant to The Arc of Cass County.
The funds will be used to update the security systems at The Arc Attic Treasures thrift stores in Fargo.
Cartridge World hosts ‘Round Up for Pink Ink’
Cartridge World North America has launched the “Round Up for Pink Ink” campaign to raise funds for breast cancer awareness.
During September and October, customers can round up their purchase to the next dollar and the change will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
The goal of the campaign is to raise $100,000 for the NBFC. Cartridge World will match the first $25,000 donated.

Tractor donated for diesel tech program
Case New Holland, Fargo, has donated a Case IH STX 350 four-wheel drive tractor valued at more than $190,000 to the Minnesota State Community and Technical College Foundation, Moorhead.
The tractor will be used for training in the diesel technology program.
Eyecare Associates donates to Lend A Hand
Dakota Medical Foundation Lend A Hand has received a $5,000 corporate sponsorship gift from Eyecare Associates, Fargo, to expand help for local families experiencing a medical crisis.
Contributions to Lend A Hand are matched by Dakota Medical Foundation and distributed to eligible families in Cass and Clay counties.
