VIDEO: Polk County authorities investigating animal cruelty case in which dog was hit by train

POLK COUNTY, Minn. - The Polk County Humane Society is trying to treat a dog that may have been hit by a train as a result of animal abuse. Witnesses say they saw the dog dragging himself by railroad tracks near Fisher. A man who found the dog claims its back legs were tied with twine when he found it.
