Minot State students face housing shortageMINOT, N.D. – Minot State University officials say that students who haven’t lined up housing for the fall semester will find a tight housing market.
Director of Student Life Lisa Eriksmoen told the Minot Daily News that the school has limited space for women and very limited space for men.
She said that Thursday is the start of the housing contract.
Eriksmoen said the school anticipates it will have limited space opening up due to students changing their housing arrangements.
Vice President for Advancement Marv Semrau said a 32-unit apartment complex west of the university, 16 four-bedroom apartments and 16 two-bedroom apartments are all full.
