Fugitive Focus: Christopher Devin Powell
Christopher Devin Powell is foremost wanted for allegedly violating the terms of his probation on a felony aggravated assault conviction last September.
Powell was sentenced to one year in prison, with 313 days suspended pending successful completion of a one-year supervised probationary period that ends next month.
State prosecutors sought to revoke Powell’s probation in June, after which a judge approved a warrant for his arrest.
Earlier in the spring, two misdemeanor charges were filed against Powell in Cass County in a separate case, in which Powell was allegedly found to be driving with a suspended license and without required liability insurance.
A bench warrant was issued for his arrest March 27.
