Collaboration project seeks public opinion

FARGO – Plains Art Museum is hosting a meeting to update the public on The Fargo Project, a community collaboration for part of Rabanus Park, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the museum.

The Fargo Project aims to “reimagine the 18-acre detention basin at Rabanus Park in Fargo as a multifunctional recreational area,” a news release stated.

Designs, responses and ideas for the project were gathered from community groups and are now being brought together for a final design.

Some ground will be broken this fall, but most work will be done in the spring.

The museum is at 704 1st Ave. N. For more information, call (701) 232-3821 or visit plainsart.org.
