ND attorney’s license suspended for 6 monthsDICKINSON, N.D. – A Dickinson lawyer has had her license suspended from practice for six months and one day.
The North Dakota Supreme Court suspended the license of Camille Hann of Hann Law for allegedly holding non-refundable retainers and advising a client to hide assets in a divorce. The suspension followed a disciplinary board hearing that recommended a one-year suspension.
Hann also must pay more than $7,000 to cover the costs of the proceeding.
Hann had no comment when contacted by the Dickinson Press.
