Broadside crash near Perham injures onePERHAM, Minn. – One person was injured Friday evening in a two-vehicle broadside collision just southeast of here on U.S. Highway 10, the Minnesota State Patrol said in a news release.
Roger Stallman, 74, of Barney, N.D., suffered minor injuries as a passenger in a vehicle driven by Marilyn Stallman, 71, also of Barney, when their 2005 Buick Lesabre was involved in a collision with a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado.
The truck, driven by Jeremy Halvorson, 32, of Fargo, was traveling westbound on U.S. 10 around 6 p.m. on Friday when the Stallman vehicle failed to yield and turned into the westbound lane, colliding with Halvorson’s truck, the report said.
Marilyn Stallman and Halvorson did not suffer any injuries, the report said. The road conditions were dry at the time.
The crash is still under investigation by the patrol.
