Police say high-risk offender is in Fargo

FARGO – A high-risk sex offender will be living here, according to police.

Ahmed Rashid Toliver is living at 2219 30th Ave. S., Fargo.

Toliver was convicted of gross sexual imposition involving the use of force in Cass County District Court in 2001 after a 1998 incident in West Fargo.

Toliver was a juvenile at the time of the offense but he was charged and sentenced in adult court. Toliver’s victims were two female acquaintances under the age of 15.

He is a lifetime registrant.
