Fugitive Focus: Kenneth Roy St. John
Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 36-year-old Fargo man who is wanted for violating probation on a reckless endangerment conviction in Cass County.
Kenneth Roy St. John was convicted in December on a Class C felony charge for reckless endangerment, as well as misdemeanor charges for fleeing police, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.
After pleading guilty, St. John was sentenced to three years in prison, with two years suspended provided he successfully complied with supervised probation.
In March, state prosecutors filed a petition in Cass County District Court to revoke St. John’s probation, alleging that he violated the terms of his release.
A warrant for his arrest was issued that month.
North Dakota court records show St. John has a lengthy criminal history with convictions for disorderly conduct, assault, burglary and theft.
