Boehner’s poodle votes 31st timeOn Wednesday, July 11, the Republican-led House of Representatives voted for the 31st time to repeal Obamacare. This was a symbolic vote, which will go no further.
A layman’s definition of insanity is “repeating the same behavior and expecting different results.”
Rick Berg, R-N.D., voted again for repeal of Obamacare. In doing so, Berg wasted his time and North Dakota taxpayer money. There surely is work that is much more important to North Dakota than meaningless, symbolic votes.
North Dakota did not send Berg to Washington to be Speaker John Boehner’s poodle. Maybe Berg could do some serious work: on climate change legislation for example?
