Motorcyclist in critical condition after I-94 crash Sunday night

MOORHEAD – A Fargo man is in critical condition after being ejected from his motorcycle in a rear-end collision with another vehicle on Interstate 94 Sunday evening, the Minnesota State Patrol said today.

Chad Buhr, 38, was driving westbound near milepost 9 on I-94 when he struck the rear end of a 1998 Plymouth Breeze while attempting to pass another vehicle, the patrol said. Buhr was ejected from his cycle during the collision and is in critical condition, the patrol said.

The incident occurred at about 6:50 p.m. Sunday. Clay County deputies assisted at the scene.

The driver of the Plymouth, 29-year-old Alicia Ward of Fargo, was treated at Sanford Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Road conditions were dry at the time of the incident, according to the report.
