Two arrested, charged in drug, firearm seizureTRAIL, Minn. – Police, sheriff and drug task force officials here arrested two people after finding firearms and marijuana plants during a search, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
Matthew Edin Clark, 48, and Darla Jean Midbo, 48, both of Trail, were arrested and charged after more than 330 marijuana plants and five firearms were seized from a rural Trail home following a search warrant, the release said.
Clark was charged with attempting the manufacture or sale of a controlled substance, and Midbo was charged with possession of a controlled substance, the release said. Both appeared in Polk County District Court on Friday.
Crookston Police assisted in the arrest. The sheriff’s office said the investigation is ongoing.
