Man airlifted to Fargo after auger accident

FARGO – A man was injured and then airlifted to Sanford Health in Fargo after being caught in an auger Friday morning, according to the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office.

The man, whose identity has not yet been released, was working in a grain bin approximately 10 miles north of Buchanan, at 10:30 a.m. Friday, when the accident occurred.

Jamestown Ambulance and the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene, along with Sanford Lifeflight.
