Town and Country Credit Union in Fargo has hired Dustin Kleppe as an ag loan officer, and Brenda Holman and Mike Mihulka as executive mortgage officers in Fargo.
Kleppe has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from North Dakota State University.
Holman has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry and was previously a home mortgage specialist at Choice Financial Group.
Mihulka was also previously a home mortgage professional at Choice Financial Group. He graduated from Mayville (N.D.) State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in finance, management and marketing/merchandising.
Six new employees at Discovery Benefits
Discovery Benefits, Fargo, has hired Jennifer Frisinger, Mardee Besette and Kraig Archambeau as participant services specialists, Sherri Leffelman is a COBRA carrier relations file specialist, Cindy Markovic as a COBRA account manager and Joe Huovinen as a benefits implementation manager.
Semerad, Snyder join NAI North Central
NAI North Central, Fargo, has hired Jason Semerad and Dick Snyder as commercial real estate agents.
Semerad worked for 15 years in the staffing business in a variety of roles. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
Snyder earned a bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University, and served as president and owner of Snyder Distributing Co. He has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, property management, sales and leasing of commercial buildings and property.
Houston Engineering hires survey technician
Jay Anderson has joined Houston Engineering’s Fargo office as a survey technician.
He is a native of Elk River, Minn., and graduated from the University of Minnesota, Crookston, with an associate’s degree in conservation.
Anderson previously worked for nine years at John Oliver and Associates.
Soule named office coordinator at club
Gina Soule has been hired as office coordinator at the Boys and Girls Club of the Red River Valley/Youth Commission.
She is a native of Fargo and has a degree in human services.

Philip DuPont Jr. has joined Marco in Fargo as a copier service technician.
Arntson hired as site director at Nokomis II
Andrea Arntson has joined Nokomis Child Care in Fargo as site director of Nokomis II.
She has a degree in early childhood education with a focus in special needs.
Engineering firm hires four in Fargo office
Kadrmas, Lee and Jackson has hired Mikayla Boche, Steve Grabill, Blake Pederson and Vicki Schneider in the Fargo office.
Boche is an environmental planner with the environmental group. She earned a master’s degree in natural resources management from North Dakota State University and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology with a minor in biology and astronomy from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Boche has a year of experience as a bio science technician.
Grabill is a civil engineer with the transportation group. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from NDSU. He is a registered professional engineer in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Grabill has more than 27 years of experience in transportation/traffic engineering and transportation planning.
Pederson is a computer-aided drafting and design technician with the survey group. He earned an associate degree in engineering/architectural design from Lake Area Technical Institute, Watertown, S.D. He has several years of experience as a drafter and estimator.
Schneider is an engineer with the energy group. She earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis from NDSU and is a registered professional engineer in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Colorado. Schneider has more than 12 years of experience in structural and transmission line design.
Wambach named office manager, exec assistant
Jenny Wambach has been hired as an office manager and executive assistant at Intelligent InSites, Fargo.
She previously worked for Aveda Corp., Minneapolis as a returns coordinator.
Wambach has a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in communication studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Cody Heilman joins hotel tech support team
Cody Heilman has joined the hotel technical support team at TMI Hospitality, Fargo.
Heilman earned an associate’s degree in computer and network technology from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Moorhead. He has several years of experience in the technology and automotive industries and most recently worked as a service writer at West Acres All-Stop Repair, Fargo.
Martinson named MnDOT district engineer
Jody Martinson has been named district engineer for the Minnesota Department of Transportation District 4, which encompasses 12 counties in west-central Minnesota.
Martinson began her career with MnDOT in 1992 and has since served in several positions, including project engineer, right of way engineer, planning director and program development manager.
She recently served as acting transportation district engineer for MnDOT District 3, covering a 13 county area in central Minnesota.
Martinson has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University.
Vanity’s corporate office hires Kraft, Ames
Holly Kraft and Kyle Ames have joined Vanity in Fargo as merchandise planners in the planning and allocation department.
Kraft comes to Vanity with years of retail and buying experience from Scheels and a.k.a./Straus Clothing, Fargo. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in apparel and textile/retail merchandising, and a minor in business administration.
Ames previously worked at Forever21, Zumiez, Spencer’s Gifts and The Buckle. He graduated from NDSU with a bachelor‘s degree in finance.
Chaudhary joins Detroit Lakes clinic
Dr. Dinesh Chaudhary has joined the primary care teams in internal medicine and pediatrics at Essentia Health St. Mary’s Clinic, Detroit Lakes, Minn.
Chaudhary received a medical degree from B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Nepal and served his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at Hurley Medical Center through Michigan State University.
He focuses his practice on prevention and wellness as well as disease management in children and adults.
Phoenix International adds three employees
Phoenix International, A John Deere Co., Fargo, has hired Joshua Payne as a manufacturing engineer supervisor, Thomas Roan as a senior mechanical design engineer and Thomas Smith as a production supervisor.
Payne and Roan received manufacturing engineering degrees from North Dakota State University. Smith earned a business administration degree from Thomas Edison State College, Trenton, N.J.
Collins joins sales team at Park Co. Realtors
Kelly Collins has joined Park Co. Realtors in Fargo as a sales associate.
Collins is a native of Jupiter, Fla., and attended The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. She has worked for the past seven years in the wireless telecommunication industry.
She specializes in residential real estate and is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota.
