West Fargo police ID All-Stop robbery suspect

WEST FARGO – Police have identified a suspect in the June 12 robbery of the West Fargo All-Stop convenience store and are asking for the public’s help in locating him.

During the robbery, Three Feathers Lee Morin, 16, allegedly displayed a crowbar as a weapon and threatened an employee before fleeing the store at 950 13th Ave. E. with an undisclosed amount of money, according to Assistant Chief Mike Reitan.

Reitan said the store’s security video was “very helpful” in identifying the suspect. Detectives tried unsuccessfully to locate Morin through family members, he said.

“Even though he is a juvenile, we went ahead and released the information because of the seriousness of the crime,” he said.

Morin is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, 163 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has lived in the West Fargo, Fargo and Grand Forks areas.

There’s also an active pick-up order for Morin through juvenile court for a disorderly conduct offense, Reitan said.

Police are asking anyone with information about Morin’s whereabouts to call Detective Derek Cruff at (701) 433-5500.
