More flood recovery money coming to MinotMINOT, N.D. — A Minnesota-based foundation has awarded more than three-quarters of a million dollars to organizations in Minot to help with flood recovery efforts.
The Otto Bremer Foundation of St. Paul has provided two grants worth $770,000.
One grant goes to the Domestic Violence Crisis Center to replace transitional housing facilities lost in the flood. The second grant goes to the Minot Park District for repairs to the Roosevelt Park Pool, the only outdoor public swimming pool in Minot.
