Fugitive Focus: Dwayne Julius Kimbrough
Dwayne Julius Kimbrough is also wanted on another warrant for violating the terms of his probation on previous convictions for terrorizing and criminal trespass.
In the most recent case, Kimbrough is accused of a Class C felony charge of terrorizing for an incident that occurred May 8.
The warrant for his arrest was issued May 30, Cass County court records show.
The day after that incident was reported, Cass County prosecutors filed a petition to revoke Kimbrough’s probation on a 2010 conviction.
In that case, Kimbrough pleaded guilty to terrorizing and criminal trespass.
He was sentenced to five years in prison, which was broken down into three years of a suspended sentence and two years of supervised probation. His probationary period expires in October 2012.
Cass County court records show that Kimbrough also has two misdemeanor convictions in Fargo Municipal Court for resisting a police officer and one felony conviction in Cass County for simple assault.
