Conner is a graduate of North Dakota State University and most recently worked for Microsoft Corp.
Faust joins BCBSND as medical director
Dr. Elizabeth Faust has joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Fargo, as a medical director in the provider relations, reimbursement and medical management division.
Born in Garden City, Kan., Faust earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Grinnell (Iowa) College and a medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, Iowa City.
Before joining BCBSND, she worked as a physician and chairwoman of the adult psychiatry department at Sanford Health, Fargo.
Dooley named service coordinator at Butler
Butler Machinery Co. has hired Matthew Dooley as service coordinator at the store in Fargo,
Dooley has an associate’s degree in construction management from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Moorhead.
He previously worked in Fargo for FedEx Ground and American Fence, and most recently owned Dooley Transportation and Delivery Services, Fargo.

Groth has over 20 years of sales, marketing and advertising experience. He attended Minnesota State University Moorhead and most recently was in sales and marketing with Valley News Live, Fargo.

Randy Anderson has been named ag and business banker at American Federal Bank, Fergus Falls, Minn.
Anderson has 21 years of ag and commercial banking and management experience in western Minnesota. He also owns and operates a beef cow/calf operation and farms cropland near Starbuck, Minn.
Otter Tail Corp. names Klemz senior auditor
Otter Tail Corp. has hired Tim Klemz as senior internal auditor based in the corporate office in Fargo.
Klemz is a certified public accountant with four years of public accounting experience. He previously worked at Eide Bailly’s audit department.
He is a graduate of Fargo North High School and Northwestern College, Orange City, Iowa.
Hopper, Linstad join Aaland Law Firm
Daniel Hopper and Jennifer Linstad have been hired as associate attorneys at Aaland Law Firm, Fargo.
Hopper, originally from Detroit Lakes, Minn., graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with bachelor degrees in political science and history. He earned a juris doctor at the UND School of Law.
Hopper practiced for the past year at the Larivee and Light Law Firm in Fargo. He will continue to practice criminal defense in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Linstad is originally from Fargo and graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She attended law school at Creighton University and UND and recently became licensed to practice law in North Dakota. She will focus her practice on North Dakota criminal defense and civil litigation.
Intelligent InSites hires solutions engineer
Dan DeBilt has been hired as a solutions engineer at Intelligent InSites, Fargo.
He previously worked for Echelon Corp. as a staff software engineer. DeBilt has a master’s degree in software engineering and a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from North Dakota State University.
Houston Engineering makes two new hires
Houston Engineering, Fargo, has hired Dan Bogart as a civil engineer working in the water resources sector. Kim Meissner joins the firm as a human resources administrator.
Bogart is a native of Monticello, Minn. He graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is pursuing a master’s degree. He previously worked for Houston Engineering as a construction inspector.
Meissner is a native of Glasgow, Mont. She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in management. She previously worked as an HR manager for Summers Manufacturing and Ingersoll Rand/Thermo King.
Six new hires at Fargo’s Phoenix International
Phoenix International, A John Deere Co., Fargo, has hired Stephen Black as a cost accountant, Cameron Braun as a software design engineer, Nicholas Enderle as product validation and verification engineer, Brad Poppe as a software design engineer, Andrew Schefter as a mechanical design engineer and David Willason as a shipping clerk.
Black received a bachelor’s degree in financial management from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul.
Braun received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a computer science focus from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
Enderle graduated from UND with an electrical engineering degree.
Poppe earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Nebraska and Schefter graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering of the University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Cornerstone Bank hires loan processor
Sereena Fisher has joined Cornerstone Bank in Fargo as a mortgage loan processor.
Fisher has over four years of management and customer service experience. She also worked for four years as a real estate agent and a year as a legal secretary.
Evans, Wickham join TMI Hospitality
Fargo-based TMI Hospitality has hired Lisa Evans as a project assistant and Corey Wickham as a construction project manager.
Evans earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from North Dakota State University.
Wickham graduated from the College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, Minn., with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management. Prior to joining TMI, he owned and operated a construction company in the Brainerd, Minn., area.
Bodnar becomes residential specialist II

Bodnar is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology.
She has been with Centre for more than a year and previously was a residential specialist I in the male unit.
