South grad Roesler runs personal best time in 800 semisDES MOINES, Iowa – Oregon sophomore Laura Roesler ran a personal best time during the women’s 800 meters semifinals Wednesday at the NCAA Division I Outdoor track and field championships at Drake Stadium.
Roesler crossed the finish line in 2 minutes, 2.09 seconds to finish second in her heat, finishing behind Chanelle Price, a Tennessee senior who ran a 2:01.66, which was the top time in the semis.
Roesler, a former Fargo South standout, advanced to Friday’s 800 finals. Roesler clocked the second best time in Wednesday’s semifinals.
