Workers on strike at Fargo grocery warehouse that supplies Hornbacher'sFARGO — Workers at a SuperValu grocery warehouse in Fargo have rejected a company contract offer.
The Teamsters local now plans to ask its membership to vote on whether they're willing to strike.
About 85 union employees work at the warehouse. It supplies Hornbacher's grocery stores and other independent stores in the region.
A SuperValu spokesman tells KVLY-TV that the company pays workers more than $20 an hour. The company is offering a 50-cents-per-hour raise and improved health care and retirement benefits.
