4 vehicle collision kills 1 on I-94 In St. PaulST. PAUL — The Minnesota State Patrol says one person has died in a four-vehicle collision involving a school bus and a minivan on Interstate 94 in St. Paul.
State Patrol Lt. Eric Roeske says a passenger in the minivan was killed and five others in van were taken to the hospital. Roeske says there were no children on the bus when it crashed about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The patrol says the school bus rear-ended the minivan, which was pushed into an SUV, which tipped over and hit a Honda Accord. The driver of the Honda was also taken to the hospital. No one else suffered signifiant injuries.
The collision backed up westbound interstate traffic for several miles.
