Peggy Kennedy named president of Minnesota State Community and Technical CollegeST. PAUL – The interim tag is coming off Peggy Kennedy’s title as president of Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
Kennedy, a former vice president at Saint Paul College, had been in the role since July 2011. She was appointed to the job permanently Wednesday.
Minnesota State College and Universities Chancellor Steven Rosenstone praised Kennedy’s work as interim president in a statement, saying she’s been “deeply engaged in creating an extraordinary education for students.”
MSCTC has campuses in Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Moorhead, and Wadena.
