Oslo man in serious condition after rolloverGRAND FORKS - An Oslo, Minn., man remained in serious condition Sunday in a hospital here after being injured Saturday night in a rollover accident in Marshall County.
According to the State Patrol, Ruben G. Garza, 42, Oslo, was driving a 1994 Honda Accord at 9:34 p.m. Saturday on state Highway 317, near the Red River, west of state Highway 220, about 10 miles north of Oslo when the car went off the road and rolled.
Garza was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected.
He was taken to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks where he remained in serious condition Sunday, according to a nursing supervisor.
The two-lane blacktop was dry at the time of the accident, which happened straight east of Grafton, N.D., according to the Patrol.
