Frueh named Fargo adult ed coordinator

FARGO – The Fargo School District has named Jennifer Frueh to be the adult education coordinator for the 2012-13 school year at the Fargo Adult Learning Center.

Frueh is now the lead GED instructor at the adult learning center, at the former Agassiz school building. She will replace retiring Director Pat Schroeder on July 1.

She has been with the school district since August 2008, and has years of experience working with GED, adult basic education and English Language Learner students, as well as middle-level and elementary school students.

Frueh received her bachelor’s degree from Valley City (N.D.) State University.

The adult learning center serves nearly 1,000 students per year in its GED, adult basic education, English as a Second Language, and family literacy programs.
