Oak Grove raises money for student with CFFARGO – The faculty and students at Oak Grove Lutheran School set up a 5K walk called “Grovers for Jordan” to benefit a third- grader who suffers from cystic fibrosis.
Jordan Peterson has been in and out of the hospital this year because of complications from his disease.
The faculty and students have also collected toys to deliver to a Minneapolis Children’s Hospital.
Sixth-grader Amanda Ingerson organized a penny war among the middle and high school students, arranged a donation of ice cream from Cass Clay Creamery and sold dishes after school for the cause, according to a release from Oak Grove.
