1 arrested, 5 cited for alcohol after Camp Cherith break-in

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. – A 23-year-old from Elizabeth, Minn., was arrested early Sunday after authorities responded to a report of a break-in at Camp Cherith in rural Otter Tail County.

According to an Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office report on the incident:

Investigating officers stopped a vehicle and arrested the driver, Dustin Stengrim, of Elizabeth, Minn., for DWI.

Five underage passengers in the vehicle were cited for trespassing and alcohol-related offenses.

One of the passengers, Jacob Christianson, 20, of Pelican Rapids, Minn., will also face a criminal dam-age to property charge, the Sheriff’s Office report said.
