Fargo motorcyclist who crashed bike is suspected of DUIFARGO – A 24-year-old Fargo man was hospitalized and arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after crashing his motorcycle early today in north Fargo, police said.
Sgt. Mike Erbes said it appeared the motorcyclist was northbound on 36th Street North when he failed to negotiate a curve in the road just before Seventh Avenue and the bike slid into a curb.
The person who initially reported the crash at about 4 a.m. said the motorcyclist was unconscious, but he had regained consciousness by the time firefighters arrived, Erbes said.
Michael Rocks-MacQueen was arrested on suspicion of DUI and hospitalized with injuries not believed to be life-threatening, Erbes said.
