Oak Grove receives $19,500 DMF grant

Oak Grove Lutheran School in Fargo has received a $19,500 grant from Dakota Medical Foundation, Fargo.

The funds will help support students and programs in the school’s health and wellness initiatives.

Children’s Consultation Network receives grant

The Medica Foundation has awarded a $26,544 grant to the Children’s Consultation Network, a program of Southeast North Dakota Community Action Agency, Fargo.

The funds will help provide consultation services to children on the waiting list at SENDCAA Head Start. Services include equipment for electronic social-emotional screening for each child applying for Head Start and further assessment, education and consultation for caregivers.

Language disorder center receives grant

The Scottish Rite Children’s Language Disorder Center in Fargo has received a $14,573 grant from Dakota Medical Foundation, Fargo, following its participation in the recent Giving Hearts Day promotion.

The grant will help fund treatment programs for children ages 2-7 with speech and communication disorders.

FirstLink programs receive support grants

FirstLink in Fargo has received more than $25,000 in grants from Dakota Medical Foundation, Fargo, and from donations raised on Giving Hearts Day.

The funds will help support management of their volunteer center and various programs including the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

Family HealthCare awarded $4,000 grant

The Family HealthCare Center in Fargo has been awarded a $4,000 grant from Dakota Medical Foundation, Fargo.

The award will be used to help open the new clinic in Fargo in the fall.

Ronald McDonald House awarded DMF grant

Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Red River Valley, Fargo, has received a $5,000 grant from Dakota Medical Foundation, Fargo.

The funds will help support the charity’s mission to provide affordable lodging for families who have children receiving medical care in the Fargo-Moorhead area.

YMCA of Cass Clay receives DMF grant

The YWCA of Cass Clay, Fargo, has received a $10,000 match grant from Dakota Medical Foundation, Fargo.

The funds will help support the emergency shelter for women and children. All donations of $50 or more (up to $1,000) will be matched through this grant.
