Holistic expo set for Civic Center

FARGO – Animal communicators and intuitive readers will be among the exhibitors at the Seventh Annual Fargo Holistic Expo 2012 set for this weekend.

The expo on holistic wellness and spirituality will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today, April 21, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Fargo Civic Center.

Additional exhibits will include holistic health practitioners, wellness products and healing resources. A variety of gift items also will be on hand, including aura photos, jewelry and crystals.

“This event brings holistic health and wellness up close and personal to the North Dakota/western Minnesota area,” says event producer Gary Beckman, adding that it’s likely the largest event of its kind in this region.

“This is a good place for those unfamiliar with spirituality and alternative healing therapies to taste, touch and get a feel for this area of health care,” Beckman says.

Today’s keynote speakers include Insiah Beckman, Psychics in the Cities and Jodie Harvala. Tara Argall and Troy Parkinson will be Sunday’s presenters.

Tickets for the individual keynote presentations can be purchased at the door for $26 or through www.edgelife.net at a $20 discounted price. An “all speaker” gold card is also available for $79.

Door admission is $9 per person, or for more than two in a party, $5 each.
