Fargo man gets nine months for role in Stop-N-Go robberyFARGO – A 41-year-old Fargo man will serve nine months in prison and three years of supervised probation for his role in the armed robbery of a Fargo Stop-N-Go store on Oct. 27.
Steven Daniel Gibson pleaded guilty Monday to criminal conspiracy as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors, Assistant Cass County State’s Attorney Cherie Clark said.
Two other suspects also were arrested in connection with the robbery at 602 23rd St. S.
Mason Fred Peet, 19, of Ponsford, Minn., pleaded guilty April 9 to pointing a gun at the store clerk. He was sentenced to two years in prison and three years of probation.
Charles Edward Butcher faces a criminal conspiracy charge and is scheduled to appear in court on May 2.
