Moorhead, Bemidji split doubleheader

BEMIDJI, Minn. – Zach Quaife drove in the go-ahead run with an RBI double in the top of the seventh inning to propel Moorhead past Bemidji 5-4 in the first game of a Minnesota baseball doubleheader on Thursday.

Chris Beach added two hits and a pair of RBIs for the Spuds (1-2).

The Lumberjacks’ Cody Rutledge hit three home runs and finished with eight RBIs as Bemidji won the second game 15-1.
