Needs of students should be first

If the financial needs of the Bluestem Regional Center for the Arts are causing conflicts that jeopardize the educational mission of the Trollwood Performing Arts School, then Trollwood should return to the north Fargo facility.

The money required to shore up the banks of the Red River and otherwise mitigate flooding would be better spent in Fargo, on behalf of students, than it would be spent shoring up the finances of a facility with Minnesota bond repayment obligations whose needs conflict with the needs of students.
