Concordia baseball splits two games with Carleton

NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Concordia College scored two runs in the seventh inning of Game 2 of a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference baseball doubleheader, breaking a 2-2 tie and salvaging a two-game split with Carleton on Saturday.

Shawn Krueger allowed one earned run on five hits in six innings to get the win in Game 2 for the Cobbers (8-8, 1-1 MIAC).

In the first game, Michael Olson had two of Concordia’s five hits.
