Bismarck teacher pleads not guilty to having sex with 17-year-oldBISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A teacher in Bismarck's Catholic grade schools accused of having sex on multiple occasions with a 17-year-old girl has entered not guilty pleas.
John Allen Krueger and his defense attorney waived a preliminary hearing, and Krueger pleaded not guilty Thursday to three counts of felony corruption or solicitation of minors.
Police say the girl told a police detective she had sex with Krueger at his home, at a hotel and at a radio station where he also worked.
Krueger is the instrumental music director at St. Anne School, Cathedral Grade School and St. Mary's Grade School. He was placed on administrative leave in February.
