Trade Talk: The Hub liquor store closing
The store is closing, and the inventory is going out the door at steeply discounted prices, according to The Hub’s Facebook page.
The closing will not affect the other three Bottle Barn locations in the Fargo-Moorhead area, which operate under a different owner.
The change will leave a large vacant space in The Hub.
At the time this story went to print, Hub management was mum on what type of business will replace the liquor store.
The sale at Bottle Barn will run through March 17.
Shoppers at area Herberger’s stores can earn discounts by donating used clothing and household textile items that will be sold at Goodwill stores.
Goodwill sales help fund employment placement programs and other community-based services.
For every item of clothing or textile donated, shoppers will receive a discount coupon that can be used online, or at any Bon-Ton related stores, including Herberger’s stores.
Clothing and handbag purchases will receive a 20 percent discount, while cosmetic and fragrance purchases will receive a 15 percent discount as part of the semi-annual Goodwill sale, which runs through March 22.
The St. Joseph’s Area Health Services Center for Weight Management in Park Rapids, Minn., has been recertified as a center of excellence by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.
To maintain that status, a facility must meet or exceed standards for consistent delivery of safe, effective and evidence-based care.
Physicians from the eastern North Dakota and western Minnesota Essentia Health system use the Park Rapids location as a referral site for surgical weight-loss patients.
