Monica Millette, retirement relationship manager in State Bank & Trust’s Wealth Management Division, has been certified as a qualified 401(k) administrator by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, a national professional society of benefits professionals.
Professionals who receive QKA certification must have a minimum of two years of pension-related experience and pass a series of examinations.
Millette has 15 years of finance experience and previously worked for Ameriprise before joining State Bank in 2006. She works at the 13th Avenue State Bank location in Fargo.
Essentia’s Corfman earns certification
Brianne Corfman, process excellence manager for Essentia Health’s West Region, has completed the requirements to be named an American Society for Quality-Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
ASQ offers certification as a way to provide formal recognition to professionals who have demonstrated an understanding of, and a commitment to, quality techniques and practices in their job and career. Corfman has shown a proficiency in and a comprehension of Six Sigma principles and practices.
Corfman earned bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and political science from Luther College and a master’s of health care administration from the University of Iowa.
