Megan Bloom Swenson has been hired as a fitness instructor and professional trainer at Xtreme Measures, Fargo.
She is certified in Body Training Systems and teaches Xtreme Mix, spin and kickboxing.
Widmer Roel PC hires audit associate
Jon Christianson has joined the agricultural division of Widmer Roel PC, a public accounting and business advisory firm in Fargo, as an audit associate.
He has a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Haugen promoted to chief financial officer
Rich Haugen has been promoted to chief financial officer at Noridian Administrative Services, Fargo.
He joined NAS in 2005 as a cost accounting standards analyst/accountant. He was promoted to director of budgeting and estimating in early 2011 before being named interim CFO in May.
He was previously the director of finance for North Dakota Health Care Review Inc., Minot, and was also a staff accountant at Gene Levitt & Associates, Williston, N.D.
Haugen grew up in Tioga, N.D., and received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. He is a licensed certified public accountant in North Dakota.
Eggiman promoted at Gate City Bank
Gate City Bank has promoted Dan Eggiman to personal banking supervisor at the branch at 2929 20th St. S., Moorhead.
Eggiman graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead and has been employed at Gate City Bank as a customer service representative for two years.
Amaya, St. Clair join Rehab 4 Life in Fargo
Selena Amaya has joined Rehab 4 Life Physical Therapy and At Home Therapy Services in Fargo as an office assistant, and Keli St. Clair joins the business as a physical therapist.
Amaya was previously employed by Sanford Health’s Child Care Development Center.
St. Clair has worked for several years in outpatient private practice. She has a special interest in treating athletes of all ages as well as patients with back and neck pain.
Myers joins Touchmark at Harwood Groves
Melissa Myers has joined Touchmark at Harwood Groves in Fargo as a senior living consultant.
Myers graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in gerontology and has more than 13 years of experience in retirement/assisted living communities.
Prior to joining Touchmark at Harwood Groves, she worked at Hospice of the Red River Valley.
McShane named a partner in law firm
The Ohnstad Twichell Law Firm has named Christopher M. McShane as a shareholder.
McShane has been an attorney with the firm for five years and practices out of the West Fargo office, primarily in civil and commercial litigation.
He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law, Grand Forks.

Sandra Keller has been named accounting manager at Discover Lodging Management in Fargo.
She has five years of experience in public accounting and two years of experience in retail management accounting.
She earned a bachelor of accountancy degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
Concordia sustainability coordinator named
Kristin Brethova has been named Concordia College’s first sustainability coordinator.
She will be coordinating the college’s sustainability policies and procedures and will work with various groups throughout the campus.
Brethova received a master’s degree from the University of Chicago in environmental science and public policy and bachelor’s degrees in biology, Germanic studies and psychology from Indiana University. She has worked as an energy consultant and in research.
Pedigree Technologies promotes 3, hires 6
Fargo-based M2M technology company Pedigree Technologies has promoted Katie Froeber to field marketing specialist, Matt Carriere to market development specialist and Zac Hanson Thurn to senior software engineer.
The company has hired Marty Weets as a quality assurance engineer, Stu Brown as an account manager, Cathy Week as a market development specialist, Ryan Thompson as a graphic designer, Rachel Zoerner as marketing coordinator and Paula DeMinck as an administrative assistant.
Froeber has been with Pedigree since 2010 as a marketing coordinator, Carriere was previously the operations coordinator and he has been with Pedigree since October, and Thurn graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics and classical languages.
Weets was previously the quality assurance lead at Feed Management Systems, Brown previously worked at SEI for Microsoft as an account manager, and Week has 10 years of experience and previously worked at Fishnet Marketing.
Thompson previously worked as a graphic and Web designer for Greatmoods.com, Zoerner graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in advertising and public relations, and De-Minck has more than 10 years of experience and previously worked for Microsoft Finance.
Metcalf joins KLJ as right-of-way specialist
Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson engineering, a surveying and planning firm, has hired Ken Metcalf as a right-of-way specialist II with the survey group in Fargo.
He is a member of the International Right-of-Way Association and has more than 20 years of related work experience.
Six new hires at Fargo’s Phoenix International
Phoenix International, a John Deere Co., Fargo, has hired Melissa Noll as a supply management assistant, Kavita Seshadri as an electronic design engineer, Saurabh Maithari as an electronic design engineer, Brian Morlock as a senior electronic design engineer, Chad Swenson as a software design engineer and Mike Langseth as a mechanical design engineer.
Noll received a bachelor’s degree in business and science management from Metropolitan State University, Seshadri received a master’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Colorado, Maithari earned a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Ohio State University, and Morlock received a master’s degree in electrical engineering from North Dakota State University.
Swenson graduated from NDSU with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, and Langseth earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, also from NDSU.
Western State Bank in W. Fargo hires Shae
Andrew Shae has joined Western State Bank in West Fargo as a credit officer.
He was previously an agricultural loan officer with Red River State Bank, Halstad, Minn.
Shae graduated from the University of Minnesota-Crookston with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business.
Kleven joins Insure Forward as sales rep
Insure Forward in Fargo has hired Jeff Kleven as an insurance sales representative.
Kleven has a business management degree from the North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton. He is licensed in property and casualty insurance and has 30 years of insurance experience, including experience in multi-peril crop insurance.
Two added to staff of Catholic Charities ND
Catholic Charities North Dakota in Fargo has hired Tanya Stuhaug as the east region supervisor of the Adults Adopting Special Kids program, and Sherri Wakeman has been hired as the administrative assistant in the AASK program.
Stuhaug earned a bachelor’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in counseling from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She previously worked as a social worker for PATH.
Wakeman received a degree in business and facility management from North Dakota State University. She previously worked in material management and environmental services at Bethany Homes and Eventide.
Industrial Builders names four to positions
Industrial Builders, West Fargo, has named Kent Rosenfeldt as shop foreman. He replaces Dennis Lonski, who retired after working for the company since 1990.
Rosenfeldt was previously a service manager for Sweeney Brothers Tractor and had been a field technician for Industrial Builders.
The company has also named Paul Brown as logistics coordinator, Steven Henze as assistant superintendent and Stacy Larson as employee relations manager.
Brown was previously with Northeast Community College in Nebraska, where he was in program administration, Henze graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in construction management, and Larson has a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Mary.
Accounting firm hires network administrator
Kerry Bittner has joined Fiebiger, Swanson, West and Co. as a network administrator. The certified public accounting firm has offices in Fargo and Moorhead.
Bittner graduated from the University of Mary with degrees in information technology and business management.
Koenig named chief information officer
TMI Hospitality Inc., Fargo, has named Tracy Koenig as chief information officer for TMI Hospitality and president of TMI Communications, the telecommunications division of parent company TMI Hospitality.
Koenig previously held the position of chief information officer and senior vice president of information technology for Ulteig Engineers, Fargo.
He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Jamestown (N.D.) College.
Vanity’s corporate office hires 3, promotes 1
Vanity’s corporate office in Fargo has hired Whitney Wedum as an assistant buyer in the merchandising department, Aimee Brekke as planning manager in the planning and allocation department and Savannah Heiser as social marketing specialist in the marketing department. Kali Anzaldi has been promoted to assistant buyer.
Wedum previously worked at Wet Seal and Macy’s in Fargo and is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Brekke has buying, planning and analyst experience at Target, Macy’s and Christopher & Banks. She graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Heiser comes to Vanity with marketing experience from Rust Sales and Ralph Engelstad Arena. She graduated from UND with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Anzaldi has been with Vanity since November and most recently was a merchandise coordinator. She graduated from NDSU with degrees in retail merchandising/apparel and textiles, public relations and advertising.
Downey joins DMS as account executive
DMS Health Technologies, Fargo, has hired Drew Downey as an account executive.
He has more than 11 years of medical sales experience and previously worked for Biobehavioral Diagnostics as a clinic account manager.

O’Geay is a graduate of Lake Region State College with an associate degree in criminal justice. She has been with Centre Inc., for more than three years, previously as a residential specialist I in the male unit.
Collins is a student at North Dakota State University, where he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology. He has been with Centre for six months as a residential specialist I in the male unit.
Haag graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and sociology. She has been with Centre for a year as a residential specialist I in the male unit.
Wilson joins Pediatric Therapy Partners

She is a graduate of the College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, Minn., with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in occupational therapy.

American Crystal Sugar Co. has promoted Mike Goettel to environmental compliance supervisor in the Hillsboro, N.D., factory and Ryan Wall to maintenance superintendent in the East Grand Forks, Minn., factory.
Goettel has been with American Crystal for 26 years, and Wall has been with the company for six years. Both are graduates of North Dakota State University with degrees in mechanical engineering.
American Crystal has hired Kelsey Zurn as an employee relations coordinator in the Moorhead factory, Sean Forrester as a maintenance superintendent in the Crookston, Minn., factory and Jeffrey Bugliosi as a factory accounting supervisor in East Grand Forks.
