Mayville State reports enrollment gainsMAYVILLE, N.D. – Final enrollment figures for spring semester at Mayville State University show an enrollment of 929, up from 735 in the spring of 2009, a 23 percent increase.
This is the second-highest spring semester enrollment in MSU’s history.
The number of full-time students enrolled at MSU has increased 4 percent since spring 2011. Contributing to the growth is the arrival of several international students.
Other contributing factors to the growth include improvements on the campus that include renovations to the science and library buildings, an addition to the Division of Education and Psychology building and renovations to a residence hall that provides apartment and suite-style living accommodations, Ray Gerszewski, vice president for student affairs, said in a release.
