Man kicked out of Nestor over jukebox fight accused of returning to slash bartenderFARGO – A 53-year-old man who was kicked out of The Nestor bar in down-town Fargo is accused of returning and attacking a bartender with a utility knife on Monday.
Paul Conley was charged with aggravated assault Tuesday in Cass County District Court.
According to the police report, the bartender said there was an argument at the jukebox and he warned the parties to stop or they’d be kicked out of the bar at 1001 NP Ave.
One of the parties, identified as Conley, started threatening the bartender, the report states.
The bartender told police he pushed Conley outside and that Conley hit his head on the door frame in the process.
