West Fargo High School offers ‘Les Miserables’

WEST FARGO – The musical “Les Miserables” will be presented starting Feb. 10 by the West Fargo High School Theatre.

Six performances have been scheduled, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 10-11 and 16-18, and 2:30 p.m. Feb. 12 at the school, 9th St. E.

The musical, based on the Victor Hugo novel, recounts a struggle against adversity in 19th-century France.

The score includes “Master of the House,” “On My Own,” “Empty Chairs at Empty Tables,” “Bring Him Home” and “I Dreamed a Dream.”

The production has more than 100 young artists in its cast, crew and orchestra, under the direction of a team of teachers and professionals led by director Adam Pankow.

It is sponsored by Essentia Health.
