Brandi Lebahn and Nicole Krapp, Dilworth, Nicholle Heuer, Leonard, N.D., and Myron Strand and Sadie Sellam, Fargo, have earned promotions as independent consultants with MonaVie, a nutritional beverage company.
Lebahn is a licensed practical nurse and a business graduate of North Dakota State University. She was recently promoted to the Bronze Executive level and RVLution Coach.
Krapp graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and has been promoted to a Bronze Executive level and is serving as a RVLution Coach.
Heuer has been practicing massage for over 16 years and is owner of Massage Essence Licensed Massage Practice in Fargo. She has been with MonaVie for over three years and has been promoted to RVLution Coach.
Strand, a retired owner of a wealth management firm, lives in Phoenix and Fargo. He has been promoted to a RVLution Coach.
Sellum was recently promoted to Star 1000 level with MonaVie and is also a RVLution Coach.
American Federal hires Shelstad as associate
Cindy Shelstad, Fargo, has been named an associate at American Federal Bank in Moorhead.
Shelstad has eight years of banking and insurance experience. She began her financial services career in 2003 as a teller in Fargo.
She was promoted to business associate in Moorhead and Casselton, N.D., and most recently was an insurance service representative for Wells Fargo Insurance, Moorhead.
One promoted, two hired at VISIONBank
VISIONBank in Fargo has promoted Judy Stroh to senior operations officer and has hired Katy Gilderhus as a client service representative and Lana Stoelting as a mortgage loan processor.
Stroh has been with the bank for five years and has also been certified as an Accredited ACH Professional.
Gilderhus is a graduate of North Dakota State University and has five years of banking experience.
A graduate of Iowa State University, Stoelting has 22 years of mortgage experience.

He is a registered representative and investment adviser with FSC Securities Corp.
Dufault has worked in the financial services industry since 2004.
Wallwork Inc. hires Staffne, Mitchell
Jill Staffne has joined Wallwork Inc. in Fargo as human resources manager and Holly Mitchell joins the company as a payroll coordinator.
Originally from Fargo, Staffne graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in business administration. She received a senior professional in human resources designation in 2007 and previously worked for 15 years in the human resources department at State Bank, Fargo.
Mitchell graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in business management. She has seven years of payroll experience and previously worked in the human resources department at Goldmark, Fargo.
Paces Lodging hires manager, supervisors
Paces Lodging Corp., Fargo, a land development, architecture and construction management company, has hired Zack Olson as project manager/estimator, and Casey Harling, Clark Mannie and Mike Fyhrie as site superintendents.
Olson has degrees in construction management and philosophy and a background in carpentry and hospitality renovations.
Harling is currently completing a construction management degree and has several years of experience in building construction and carpentry.
Mannie graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a teaching degree in industrial technology and has spent his many years working in the construction industry.
Fyhrie has a background in architecture/construc-tion engineering after attending North Dakota State University and serving with the North Dakota Army National Guard. He previously operated a construction company in Fergus Falls, Minn.

DFC Consultants, Fargo, has hired Joseph Goplin as an accounting consultant and Todd Reisenauer as business development manager.
Goplin has an associate’s degree in accounting from Rasmussen College and is pursuing a bachelor‘s degree in accounting. He was previously the accountant at Custom Marketing Co. and is a deputy auditor for Clay County.
Reisenauer is a graduate of North Dakota State University and received a master’s degree in management from University of Mary. He was previously the market development manager at Pedigree Technologies.

Miller graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has 25 years of combined accounting and tax experience, working within various industries.
Ulteig in Fargo names Miles as HR director
Ulteig has hired Danny Miles as the human resources director in Fargo.
Miles is a licensed senior professional of human resources and he earned a master’s degree in management from the University of Mary.
Before joining Ulteig, he worked for Restaurant Technology Services as director of global benefits and administration.
Six hired at Family HealthCare Center
The Family HealthCare Center of Fargo has hired dentist Dr. Matthew Olson and family nurse practitioner Kelly Polcher. The center has also hired Noelle Beck as a dental assistant, Kathleen Nelson and Julie Dickelman as dental patient representatives and Leslie Whitetail as a phlebotomist.
Dr. Olson is a graduate of the Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Dentistry. Polcher graduated from Frontier Nursing University and has a special interest in pediatrics, women’s health and cardiovascular health.
Beck is a graduate of Northwest Technical College, Dickelman graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Moorhead, and Whitetail is a graduate of Rasmussen College.

David Collins has been promoted to program director and Brian Peterson was named controller.
Garfield earned a master’s degree in social work from Grand Valley State University, Grand Rapids, Minn. She is also a registered nurse.
Hoff earned a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and previously worked at Prairie St. John’s, Fargo.
A certified yoga instructor and licensed reflexologist, Abbott graduated from Sister Rosalind’s in Fargo and also practices reflexology at Two Turtles Wellness Center in Moorhead.
Shirkey earned a master’s degree and a graduate certificate in chemical dependency from St. Cloud (Minn.) State University.
Collins is a licensed addiction counselor and has been with ShareHouse since 2009. He earned a master’s degree in marriage, family and child therapy and also received a certificate as an alcohol and drug counselor from the state of Nevada.
