Shera DuToit has joined Pediatric Therapy Partners in Fargo as an office assistant.
DuToit has a bachelor’s degree in community health education from North Dakota State University and a master’s degree in public, human service and health administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
She has seven years of experience in the health care field.
Harstad joins Fargo firm’s survey group
Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson, an engineering, surveying and planning firm, has hired Anna Harstad as a CADD technician I with the survey group in Fargo.
She earned an associate degree in architectural technology from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Detroit Lakes.
Harstad has a year of related work experience and previously worked as a CAD drafter with Compass Consultants.

Jeff Howell has joined the sales department at Sir Speedy in Fargo.

Essentia Health in Fargo has promoted Sara Hanson to director of surgical and specialty departments, Emalee Muhonen to operations manager for ENT/podiatry/oral surgery/opthamology, Rachael Boyer to vice president of ambulatory and ancillary services, Melinda Nation to emergency department manager and Lisa Anderson to clinical evaluation unit/infusion center manager.
Hanson is a registered nurse and previously served as director of cardiovascular and orthopedic services. She has worked for Essentia for 23 years in numerous hospital and clinical areas. Originally from Alexandria, Minn., she received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
Muhonen is a registered nurse and previously served as infection prevention program manager and has five years of clinical experience on the medical/surgical unit at Essentia. A native of Moorhead, she received her nursing degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in nursing administration through the University of Mary.
Boyer is a physician assistant and previously served as senior director of perioperative services for Essentia and also worked as a physician assistant in general surgery at MeritCare, where she also served as bariatric coordinator for three years. She received a degree in biology/
chemistry from MSUM and completed her physician assistant degree at Augsburg College and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a native of Hawley, Minn.
Nation most recently worked in Essentia’s Emergency Department. She has been in the nursing profession for 18 years with the majority of her career working in a critical care setting. She has also been a clinical instructor at MSUM for the past four years.
Anderson is a registered nurse and previously served as infusion coordinator. She has worked as a staff nurse in oncology, medical-surgical and intensive care nursery units. She received her nursing degree from Medcenter One College of Nursing, Bismarck.
Morris named assistant Fargo city attorney
Nancy Morris has been named the assistant attorney for the city of Fargo.
Morris is an associate attorney at the Erik R. Johnson and Associates firm in Fargo, where she specializes in employment law issues.
A lifelong resident of Fargo, Morris graduated from Fargo South High School and graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a degree in banking and finance and the UND School of Law.
Her previous experience includes law clerk to Federal Magistrate Judge Karen K. Klein and Federal District Judge Rodney S. Webb. She was also an associate attorney at the Conmy Law Firm in Fargo.

Pedigree Technologies in Fargo has hired Jim Spielman as chief financial officer, Brian Gramer as chief operations and revenue officer, and Vice President of Marketing and Product De-velopment Ian McPherson has been promoted to chief strategy officer.
Spielman’s experience in financial management includes roles as an investment banker with Houlihan Lokey and Bank of America Securities’ Global Investment Banking Group. He also has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, bond and equity underwriting, and shareholder defense advisory services. A certified public accountant, Spielman also held financial roles at Buy.com, Healthcare Property Investors and Arthur Andersen LLP.
Gramer is an entrepreneur who founded three successful companies: niche search engine AnyCollege.com, marketing automation company Vtrenz (acquired by Silverpop), and media buying automation company Avenue Right.
McPherson has more than 20 years of experience as an analyst, entrepreneur and marketing and product management executive. Prior to joining Pedigree, he was co-founder and vice president of Marketing and Solution Architecture at Apprion. A former Gartner analyst, McPherson founded the Wireless Data Research Group (now Harbor Research).

Dvoracek has extensive hospitality and public relations experience, including the Metro Area Tournament Committee, Fargodome Marketing Committee and past president of the Fargo Moorhead Convention and Visitors Bureau, West Fargo Chamber of Commerce and the North Dakota Hospitality Association.

Schommer graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a master’s degree in social work. Her previous work history includes working with refugee and immigrant populations.
Lindgren previously worked at Sanford Health for 24 years as a specialist in the medical library and as a patient representative in risk management. She graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato.

Three promoted at Sundog in Fargo
Sundog in Fargo has promoted Johnathon Rademacher to technology officer, Chuck Tomanek to director of solution engineering and Paul Bourdeaux to mobile engineering team lead.
Rademacher joined Sundog in 2004 as a system architect and was most recently the executive vice president of technology. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also has a master’s degree in software engineering from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul.
Tomanek has been with Sundog since 2006 where he has served as a release manager and a senior systems analyst. He attended the Northern Arizona University College of Business Administration.
Bourdeaux began working at Sundog in 2005 as a senior software engineer. He graduated from Western Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and psychology.

Wells Fargo has promoted Stacey Ackerman to regional fiduciary manager for North Dakota and out-state South Dakota and Kate Lea has been promoted to business relationship manager.
Ackerman joined Wells Fargo in 1994 as a professional banker trainee. She joined the trust department in 1998 as an investment representative and was named senior trust team manager in 2009. A native of Jamestown, N.D., she graduated from North Dakota State University and earned a master’s degree from the University of Mary.
Lea works at Wells Fargo’s main branch in downtown Fargo. She has more than 10 years of financial services experience. She joined Wells Fargo in 2006 and served as an assistant manager for Wells Fargo Financial in Fargo before being named a business banking trainee in 2010. A Fargo native, she attended NDSU.
